Griffon Bank has appointed new auditors

Griffon Bank has announced the appointment of the new auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers (Barbados) to conduct the audit examination of the bank’s operations for the 2006 financial year.
In 2006 PricewaterhouseCoopers (Barbados) was initially engaged by Griffon Bank to conduct a Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering compliance assessment of our operational and due diligence practices. A favourable review was issued to the bank along with recommendation on how to maintain and also attained even a higher level of professionalism while building up the bank’s name and reputation.
The appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers (Barbados), which represents one of the world’s leading audit firms, will surely make great strides in further enhancing the internal controls of Griffon Bank. With such an added value, the bank will be better equipped to take more assertive decisions in charting a progressive course of greater customer and shareholder satisfaction and success.
